Chocs for Chance is fundraising initiative created by Fred Sirieix to raise money for Galvin’s Chance into-work programme for disadvantaged young people. Top chefs and chocolatiers come together to make chocolate boxes that are auctioned off during a 10 day live auction on Ebay.

Over the years we have had just under 100 chefs take part in Chocs for Chance. Together, they have helped us raise £25,000 for the programme. That money has helped put 15 young people on to Galvin’s Chance, the into work programme initiated by Chris Galvin, Chef Patron Galvin Restaurants and Fred Sirieix, General Manager at Galvin at Windows restaurant in 2009.

Fred said: “Galvin’s Chance is amazing because it is about the industry giving a chance to young people. We believe success is contextual and so if you give people guidance, opportunities, and support, they will succeed and that is why we do it.
