Sometimes it’s the simple things that symbolize the most. Holding the hand of the one you love can mean so much. Aggy has captured this moment in the most special way. She has sculpted her piece using luxury dark chocolate orange fudge with candied orange pieces, covered in milk chocolate and painted with edible gold to create a beautiful piece of art that’s special to look at and even better when tasted and shared with the one you love.
Update: This will be a life-size romantic hand sculpture painted in gold. It also will be a different weight from the rest of the chocolate boxes. weighing approx. 2kg including the base that this will be attached. Delivery will be free for a lucky winner if they are reasonably local.

Aggy Dadan is an award winning artist with an array of Gold and Silver medals in the food industry. She recently has been crowned with Best Wedding Cakes in Cotswolds Award.

Born in Poland but moved to UK in 2005, her early passion for food came from her family home in Poland where they were growing their own food and kept animals. Working in the garden with granddad and cooking and baking with her grandma. In 2011 after having her daughter she was forced to become a stay home mum, in this time she rediscovered her passion for baking. Completely self- taught from her home kitchen based in The Cotswolds, Aggy thought there is more to cake and chocolate that just simple tiered cakes and turned her hands to artisan food sculpting. That’s how Cotswolds Finest Cakes aka Cake Sculptures was born in 2012.

Starting with small simple sugar models after endless hours developing the right products and using her own recipes, which are all freshly baked, she is now one of the UK’s leading artisan food sculptors, working for prestigious clientele from TV and radio shows to an accolade of exclusive celebrity customers including Hollywood stars and famous chefs.

Her sweet sculptures have appeared many times on TV with several exposures on ITV2’s Celebrity Juice.

She prides herself on her love of art, amazing colour coordination and the highest attention to detail which is second to none. Her passion for food and flavors tied in with pushing the limits of what can be done to make the most beautiful and edible sculptures possible, make her one of the UK’s brightest upcoming stars of the food world.
