Located at the iconic Shakespeare’s Globe, Swan is a beautiful bar and restaurant set over two floors, with stunning views of the Thames and St Paul’s. Open all day, serving modern British food, Swan is available for pre and post-theatre dining, private dining, parties and weddings.
Allan Pickett oversees the menu development and food operations. Allan has a wealth of experience, from cooking with Marco Pierre White to working with D&D at Plateau and with Chris and Jeff Galvin at Bistrot de Luxe, before opening his own critically acclaimed restaurant. Allan brings to Swan his passion for seasonal, locally-sourced food and plenty of creativity.
