“I started my career initially in retail with Hotel Chocolat before training with them as a specialist bean to bar chocolatier in one of their open production kitchen concepts. After working for some local independent chocolate producers I also joined York’s Chocolate Story as a professional chocolatier. We are currently working on a new project to bring bean to bar chocolate production to the centre of York.”
