For this year’s auction, Herve Deville will be creating a trio of chocolates that will make your sweetest dreams come true:
• Milky Blackcurrant praliné: Combination of almond and hazelnuts praliné 50% and blackcurrant, submitted with tumeric and honey. With milk chocolate Jivara.
• Kalhua: Dark chocolate ganache 70% with Kahlua liquor, dipped in white chocolate Opalys.
• Pistachio/cardamom: Dark chocolate ganache 64% and pistachio. Flavoured with green cardamom.
These chocolates contain alcohol and nuts.

Chef Herve Deville has been cooking professionally since 1998, starting out as a commis Chef at Chateau de Coudree. After working in many Michelin starred restaurants, since 2011 he has been the Executive Chef at the prestigious Sketch in Mayfair.
