French Pastry Chef, Christophe started off his career in his father’s pastry shop. After graduating from a pastry school in France, he worked in various shops and 5* hotels. His experience in mainly in Michelin starred restaurants, especially in Le Chabichou where he worked as a pastry chef and baker. After more than 20 years of experience in the finest establishments, he moved to London to join Pierre Gagnaire as Head Pastry Chef at sketch.
