Gary Usher is a Chef and Restaurateur. Originally from St Albans, Gary has worked at The Chester Grosvenor, Chapter One, Chez Bruce and York & Albany among others. All of this experience has provided him with the inspiration for Sticky Walnut, where he and his team now use top notch produce to put together imaginative dishes that do all of the ingredients proud. 2015 looks to be an exciting year with the opening of his second restaurant Burnt Truffle. His passion for food and the hospitality sector comes to life in his twitter account @stickywalnut which manages to show the inner workings of a kitchen and its brigade, at times funny, at times angry, but never dull.
