Mark Sargeant is a Michelin-starred Chef and Restaurateur of Rocksalt Folkstone, The Smokehouse, Duke William Ickham, and Plum + Spilt Milk. Mark is pairing up with Marcin Szelag, Head Chef at Rocksalt Folkstone and The Smokehouse, to create a unique box of delicious chocolates for Chocs 2018.
