Tom Kerridge is Chef and owner of the two Michelin-starred pub The Hand and Flowers and also The Coach in Marlow, UK.
Since opening The Hand and Flowers in 2005, Tom’s career path has progressed and grown with the support of his wife Beth and many members of key staff, allowing the business to grow and diversify. In 2011, The Hand and Flowers was the first pub to receive two stars in the Michelin Guide, an accolade that they still hold today and that as a team, they are all very proud of. Continued staff development led to the growth of the business, opening The Coach in 2014 that within its first year of trading received three AA Rosettes, a score of 5/10 in the Good Food Guide and voted third best pub in Britain by the Top 50 Gastropub Awards. Tom has also recently been awarded the coveted “Chef Award” at the 2017 Cateys.
TV projects include: Great British Food Revival, Tom Kerridge’s Proper Pub Food, Tom Kerridge’s Best Ever Dishes, hosting Saturday Kitchen, hosting Spring Kitchen, and also the front of BBC’s Food and Drink. More recently the chef on BBC Two’s Food Detectives, and the lead presenter of the first series of Bake Off: Crème de la Crème
Tom is the author of four best-selling cookbooks, Proper Pub Food, Best Ever Dishes, Tom’s Table and Tom Kerridge’s Dopamine Diet which is a personal story of recipes that reflect Tom’s change and outlook to food having lost more than ten stone over the past three years.
