Will Holland is the executive chef of the Ocean restaurant at the Atlantic hotel on the island of Jersey.
Head Chef Will Holland earned a Michelin star before the age of 30, was named in The Good Food Guide’s list of their predicted “ten most influential chefs of the next decade” and was awarded an Acorn Award as one of the industry’s highest achievers under the age of 30.
Will has appeared on national television programmes including numerous appearances as guest chef on James Martin’s Saturday Kitchen, beating the Hairy Bikers on their “Food Tour of Britain” and was the central region champion on BBC’s Great British Menu. He has featured in many publications such as The Telegraph, BBC Olive Magazine and GQ Magazine.
Will opened Coast restaurant in Saundersfoot, Wales in 2014 and was Head Chef there until October 2017, when he moved as executive chef to the Ocean restaurant at the Atlantic hotel on Jersey.
